The social democratization of knowledge: some critical reflections on e‐learning

This paper outlines the importance of making e learning multilingual in content and context and culturally divergent so that all developing countries can participate in this new learning experience. The paper proposes a, "democratization of knowledge" this rests on the premise that e learning should be made accessible to everybody.
