After discussion with my team, we have decided to create an e-learning game. Our target audience will be 4-6 year old's. In the game, children will learn subjects such as English, Irish, and Maths etc. We want to make this game as interactive as possible. We don't want the child to feel like they're playing a boring education game, we want them to enjoy the playing the game so much that they forget they're playing an educational game. It will be similar to duolingo but will be a much simpler version for kids.

We intend to make this game as visually appealing to kids by using bright colours and simple graphics. Here are a few articles I looked into regarding children and apps:

With regards to the workload, we were thinking of having 2 people per subject. When we collect all the content we need for the app we plan to go on and work in twos to create different aspects of the game.

I look forward to the new semester ahead and look forward to working with my new team members and getting to know them more. I'm really excited to see where we will go with this.
